Gracie’s Page Bindery offers handmade journals, mini books, and paper goods through our website (hosted via Shopify under our domain) and at in-person markets and events.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein.

2. Products & Availability

All items are handmade in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products:

  • Slight variations may occur

  • Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings

  • Inventory is limited and may sell out quickly

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you.

All custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • All sale items are final sale

  • Custom/personalized items are final sale

We gladly replace or resolve issues for items that arrive damaged.

To report a damaged item:

If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor handmade variations

  • Items damaged after delivery

5. Processing & Shipping

Processing time: 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted.

Shipping location: United States only

Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information.

Lost or Missing Packages

Gracie’s Page Bindery is responsible for your order until it is accepted by USPS.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with household members and neighbors

  • Contact your local post office

  • Email us and we will help you file a claim

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you on a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked delivered by USPS

6. In-Person Sales

Items purchased at markets or in-person events are considered final sale unless damaged at time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Gracie’s Page Bindery is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes:

  • Product designs

  • Journal structures

  • Photos

  • Branding

  • Website content

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute our designs or images without written permission.

You are welcome to share our photos on social media with clear credit to Gracie’s Page Bindery.

8. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gracie’s Page Bindery is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or website.

All products are intended for general journaling and stationery use.
