Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted.

Custom orders may take longer and will have their own timeline.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.

Carrier

Orders ship via USPS with tracking.

Lost Packages

Once an order is accepted by USPS, it is in the carrier’s control.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package:

• Check with neighbors/household

• Contact your local post office

• Email us — we’ll help you file a claim

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you on a solution case-by-case.

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered.
