Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept general returns or exchanges.

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized journals

  • Made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • In-person market purchases

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
